Do you enjoy dancing?
Absolutely yes! I have a strong passion for Choreography dance. This is a new term to describe a kind of dance that basically you move your body along with the rhythm of the song. In other words, it’s a lyrical dance. I love it so much because it uplifts my mood and I can express my emotions through the dance.
Have you ever been to dancing classes?
Yes, I joined a choreography dance class at elementary level a couple of years ago. But I couldn’t keep it up after one course because I neither had a big mirror at home nor the time to practice. However, this summer, I’m going to enroll in the class seriously and hopefully, one day, I can dance professionally.
Do people learn to dance in your country?
Yes, very much so. With the strong influence of Korean wave as well as Western culture, our young generation are literally obsessed with K-pop dance, shuffle dance or Hip-hop dance. Also, some people are very fond of more formal ballroom dancing.
Is it good for people to see how others dance?
Yes, definitely. When you see other people dancing, you can really feel the high level of adrenaline from them. In turn, you are affected by the emotions that they portray in their dance. Interestingly, it also motivates you to take up dancing one day when seeing how magically the dancers move their body.
