What do you think of happiness?

Well, I think happiness is an abstract concept. Everyone has their own ideas of what happiness is. To me, eating good food or spending quality time with my beloved ones can give delight to my day. For others, happinessis harder to attain because only fancy cars or luxurious houses can satisfy them. Ultimately, I think genuine happiness come from inside you, not from other external factors.

What do you like to do when you are happy?

I would definitely indulge myself with a body massage at the spa or hang out with my best friends to soak up the beautiful sunshine. Sometimes, I even love having a photoshoot to capture my precious moments or simply enjoy being present with my family.

What kind of things make you happy?

My core value in life are relationships and affection. Therefore, having a fruitful relationships with my family and friends would absolutely make me feel blissfully happy. As well as this, a stable romantic relationship and steady career are also fundamental aspect of my happiness. 

What things do Vietnamese people feel happy about?

It’s kind of funny question because most people have the same basic needs to feel happy as I briefly mentioned previously. But if you ask me, I would say there are 3 core values that make Vietnamese people happy are prosperity, a strong sense of community and security. 

Is it easy to be happy for you?

It’s really easy peasy for me. To be honest, I’m not are really demanding person or materialistic. Therefore, most of the time I feel contented and value everything I have. Simple things in life such as a good meal, nice shoes and great friends are enough to uplift my spirits.

Genuine adjective /ˈdʒen.ju.ɪn/: If something is genuine, it is real and exactly what it appears to be: thực sự, thật

Example: If it is a genuine Michelangelo drawing, it will sell for millions. (Nếu đó là bản vẽ Michelangelo chính hãng, nó sẽ được bán với giá hàng triệu đồng.)

Indulge verb /ɪnˈdʌldʒ/: to allow yourself or another person to have something enjoyable, especially more than is good for you:

Example: I love champagne but I don't often indulge myself. (Tôi yêu rượu sâm banh nhưng tôi không thường nuông chiều bản thân.)

Soak sth up /səʊk/: to enjoy the effects or experience of something as much as possible: tắm nắng

Example: I love to lie on the beach and soak up the sun. (Tôi thích nằm trên bãi biển và đắm mình dưới ánh mặt trời.)

Photoshoot noun /ˈfəʊ.təʊ.ʃuːt/: an occasion when a photographer takes a series of photographs, usually of the same person or people in the same place:

Steady adjective  /ˈsted.i/: happening in a smooth, gradual, and regular way, not suddenly or unexpectedly: ổn định 

Example: The procession moved through the streets at a steady pace. (Đoàn rước di chuyển qua các đường phố với tốc độ ổn định.)

Prosperity noun /prɒsˈper.ə.ti/: the state of being successful and having a lot of money:
