Well, since the great arrival of the Internet, magazines seem to be less popular as it used to be for people who keep up to date with the latest news. However, some inflight magazines still remain popular among readers and the outstanding ones is for sure “Heritage” magazine.

OR: 

Well, I don’t actually read magazines much these days. I generally keep up to date with the latest news from the Internet. However, there is an impressive magazine that I do read - named “Heritage”. 

What it is: 

So this is actually the free inflight magazine of Vietnam Airlines which is now available on domestic and international routes. It is published monthly as a gift to all its valuable passengers.

When you read it: 

I can vividly recall the first time I read that magazine about 6 years ago when I took a trip from Hanoi to HCM City by Vietnam Airlines. Although there are different magazines placed in front of all passenger’s seats, I was instantly captivated by the Heritage magazine - you know its glossy cover, contemporary colourful pictures and great printed quality paper.

Luckily I have obtained several great publications  to read going back to the good old days when I worked for ICS - a travel agent and some hotels and until now I still keep it in my personal library.

What you like to read about & how you feel about it:

What I absolutely love about this magazine is it provides various well-written articles. The writing and presentation of the topics are very engaging and interesting. The stories are not distorted like the other entertainment magazines. They all have really clear, concise and awe-inspiring stories. 

You know this magazine primarily delivers contents relating to exploring the beauty and historical significance of both Vietnam and global heritages. As tourism is my major, those articles really have enhanced my knowledgeabout numerous tourist attractions. Also, you can actually get best deal offers from different hotels or restaurants to make the most of your holidays.

To put the icing on the cake, it is a bilingual magazine (English - Vietnamese), which I think is an excellent tool for readers, especially students who have a thirst for learning English or even teachers to use as a useful teaching material. 

Above all, I would say that Heritage  magazine is definitely worth reading!
