Phrasal verbs - các cụm động từ vẫn là 1 mảng khó đối với nhiều bạn nên chúng mình không được nản chí mà cần chăm chỉ học nắm vững. Việc dùng phrasal verbs sẽ giúp bạn có khả năng nói tự nhiên như người bản ngữ đặc biệt trong các bài thi nói IELTS Speaking. Nay cùng IELTS Trangbec học các cụm động từ dễ nhất mà bạn có thể nhớ ngay (được dùng cho đầy đủ các chủ đề như: PEOPLE - mọi người, PLACES - nơi chốn và CLOTHES - quần áo)!
 
1. Slip on = to put clothes on: mặc đồ
Example: Ann slipped the jacket on to see what it looked like.

2. Wrap up warm: mặc ấm áp
Example: You need to wrap up warm, otherwise you get cold. 
 
3. Freshen up— /ˈfreʃ·ən/: to do something to make yourself cleaner or neater, esp. to wash your face and hands and arrange your hair: tắm rửa sạch sẽ
Example: Velma disappeared into the ladies' lounge, saying that she needed to freshen up before supper.
 
4. Button up = tighten the button on your clothes: cài khuy áo 
Example:  He can't do his top button up. 
 
5. Tke sth back—   /teɪk/: to return something you have bought to a shop: trả lại cửa hàng 
Example: Is it too small? Take it back and get a refund.
 
6. Blend in/blend into sth—  /blend/: to look or seem the same as surrounding people or things and therefore not be easily noticeable: hoà lẫn vào 
Example: We tried to blend into the crowd.
 
7. Stand out—  /stænd/: to be much better than other similar things or people: nổi trội 
Example: We had lots of good applicants for the job, but one stood out from the rest.
 
8. Set someone/something apart—  /set/: to show someone or something to be different or special:  làm cho ai đó/thứ gì đó trở nên khác biệt/nổi trội hơn
Example: Her original ideas set her apart from other students.
 
9. Run-down (a) /ˌrʌnˈdaʊn/: Run-down buildings or areas are in very bad condition: xập xệ 
Example: a run-down building/cemetery
 
10. Be littered with sth = A place, document, or other object that is littered with something has or contains a lot of that thing: lộn xộn
Example: The newspaper has a reputation for being littered with spelling mistakes.
