2. Sashimi (n) /sæʃˈiː.mi/: a Japanese dish consisting of small pieces of uncooked fish that are eaten with soy sauce
Example: In Hawaii, raw tuna, called by the Japanese name, sashimi, is very popular.
3. Fish and chips (n) /ˌfɪʃ en ˈtʃɪps/: fish covered with batter (= a mixture of flour, eggs, and milk) and then fried and served with pieces of fried potato
Example: He goes on to say that there are special offers for the many children who buy fish and chips at the shop.
4. Steamed fish: cá hấp
Example: Who steamed fish for him and soft-boiled his eggs and stirred pudding rice into milk?
5. Stewed fish: cá kho
Examle: Easy 20-Minutes Fish Stew cooked in a delicious, rich and fragrant broth.
6. Baked fish: cá nướng
Example: Here is easy Baked Fish with Garlic and Basil.
7. Crispy Pan Fried Fish: cá rán giòn
Example: Pan Fried Fish is a thing of beauty, with its beautiful crispy golden crust and juicy flesh inside.
8. La Vong Grilled fish: chả cá Lã Vọng
Example: La Vong Grilled fish is definitely my favourite food.
9. Fish curry: cà ri cá
Example: Fish curry recipe – Simple, delicious & flavorful Indian fish curry in a onion tomato base.
10. Grilled salmon with passion fruit sauce: cá hồi nướng sốt chanh leo
Example: Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce is made with pan-seared salmon and passion fruit sauce, sweetened with honey.
11. Oven-baked sea bass: cá vược nướng lò
Example: OVEN-BAKED SEA BASS WITH FRESH COCONUT AND TURMERIC
