1. Do u usually do the same things in the mornings?
As I'm a creature of habit, i would say yes. On a daily basis, I normally get up at 6.00 am, do my personal hygiene and then spend a couple of minutes on skincare routine. After all of this, I start heading to class at around 6:30 am. I often have time to have quick breakfast only a few minutes during break time at the my school canteen.
2. Do u think breakfast is important?
Without a doubt, yes. Although I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I used to skip it because I had too much on my plate. As a result, I felt sluggish and didn’t really have enough energy to study all day long so it was really exhausting. That’s why, no matter how busy I am at the moment, I try to have breakfast to boost my energy level and study more effectively.
3. Did u do the same morning routines in ur early ages?
Not really, I think. Because now I'm a high school student and our school time begins much earlier than secondary school. So, I used to pretty much have time to have a hearty breakfast. Additionally, I've only had skincare routine for around 3 recent years.
4. Do you want to change ur daily routines in the future?
Absolutely, yes. I hope that in the future when I finish my high school program, I will have more spare time so I can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and also start doing the workout because I believe that early morning exercises would be more effective than at other times of the day.
