   You should say:

         what the job is (who normally does this job?)

         what skills are needed for the job

         what makes it interesting

Well, a job that I would be very much interested in doing is being a chef.

They are trained professional cooks who are proficient in all aspects of food preparation. This is a job that you literally make people happy every single day. Your food helps people celebrate their birthdays, anniversaries and some people fall in love while sharing a plate of your carefully prepared food.

This type of job can be done by men or women, but there are usually certain requirements. First, having a culinary school certificate is a must. As well as this, you need to possess a wide knowledge on different food culture or travel abroad. Those foundations will give you the chance to try new foods and experience different cultures.

Secondly, being a chef means you need to be able to create stunning dishes. Chefs need to understand the chemistry of various ingredients and what works best to make the perfect balance and combination of flavours.

On top of that, it’s a physically demanding job because you have to stand and move around the kitchen at least 8 hours. Every ingredients and measurement must be exact with attention to detail. Therefore, being able to work under pressure is so important.

What I absolutely love about working as a chef is it’s truly something unique and special although it requires an extraordinary amount of hard work and dedication.

Also, I love the smells, sights, textures of the kitchen. You know, what could be more exciting than watching a pastry chef decorating a cake like an impressionist painter

It’s actually something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time, since I was a little girl, which is why I know so much about the requirements. I’m quite a confident and creative person and I can work like an eager beaver, so I think I have all the qualities that are needed for such a job.

If I was given a chance to do this job in the future, I’d be very happy. It’s my dream so hopefully one day it will come true.
