            what do you like about him/her

            what is intersting about this person

       and explain how you would meet this person

Well, there are so many people that I consider them as my role models in life and the outstanding ones is Chef Gordon Ramsay who is a British celebrity chef, restauranteur and television personality.

To me, he is surely a fabulous person who I would dream of having a chance to meet in person one day. 

The first time I knew about him was probably 4 years ago through the Masterchef USA series (season 3). At that time I was instantly captivated by his profound knowledge of the culinary arts and his skillful performance in delivering various cooking demonstrations. There’s one episode when he showed how to fillet a Halibut - just within a few minutes. The way he did it like a child’s play - so amazing! 

I would say that Ramsay has a youthful appearance  because he looks much younger than his age and always seems to be “full of energy”. 

What I absolutely love about chef Gordon is his incredible passion for cooking. It is clearly shown through the way he shares his cooking recipes or his signature dish “Beef Wellington”. All his dishes looks really stunning and mouth-watering. 

As a TV personality, chef Gordon is known for his fiery temper, strict demeanor and use of swear words - which makes him so unique in comparison with other well-known chefs. I mean even I find the way the swears really entertaining like “Oh my Lord” or “Oh La La”. He doesn’t hesitate to give sharp comments to contestants about their cooking ability. He has many successful chain restaurants all over the world and one of his restaurants “Gordon Ramsay” has held 3 Michelin stars staring since 2001.

The other thing that really impresses me about chef Gordon is that he really has a heart of gold and charismatic personality. You know he always inspires his children to cook like him and understand the value of money - “No work, no money”. He does a lot of charitable projects to help the poor too.

I would jump for joy if I could meet him at least once in my life. I’m sure I will show him how enthusiastic I am about being his student and learn many cooking skills from him as well as his secrets for success.
