1. A delicate matter: 1 vấn đề tế nhị
Example: Look, this is a rather delicate matter.
2. A very serious matter: vấn đề hết sức nghiêm trọng
Example: It is a very serious matter indeed!
3. A different matter: 1 vấn đề khác
Example: Spiders are a different matter entirely!
4. A trivial matter: vấn đề nhỏ
Example: The colour of the paper is such a trivial matter that it’s not worth fighting about.
5. A personal matter: chuyện cá nhân
Example: Could I talk to you in private? It’s a personal matter.
6. An urgent matter: vấn đề khẩn cấp
Example: There is an extremely urgent matter I need to talk to him about.
7. A very complex matter: vấn đề hết sức phức tạp
Example: Collocation can be a very complex matter!
8. A matter of life or death: vấn đề sống còn
Example: It’s hardly a matter of life or death, is it?
9. A matter of concern: vấn đề quan ngại
Example: Safety standards in the industry have been a matter of concern for many years.
10. A matter of opinion: vấn đề quan điểm
Example: Well, I think it’s a matter of opinion.
11. A matter of time: vấn đề thời gian
Example: It can only be a matter of time before war breaks out.
12. A family matter: vấn đề gia đình
Example: Don’t get involved, Clare. This is a family matter.
