1. Irresponsible (a) /ˌɪr.ɪˈspɒn.sə.bəl/: not thinking enough or not worrying about the possible results of what you do- vô trách nhiệm
Example: It would be irresponsible to ignore these warnings.
2. Reckless (a) /ˈrek.ləs/: doing something dangerous and not worrying about the risks and the possible results
Example: He was found guilty of reckless driving.
3. Imprudent (a) /ɪmˈpruː.dənt/: unwise, by failing to consider the likely results of your actions
Example: The report criticizes the banks for being imprudent in their lending.
4. Impulsive (a) /ɪmˈpʌl.sɪv/: showing behaviour in which you do things suddenly without any planning and without considering the effects they may have
Example: Don’t be so impulsive - think before you act.
5. Incautious (a) /ɪnˈkɔː.ʃəs/: not showing or giving careful thought to the possible results
Example: Bill and Sandra haven't spoken to each other since he made an incautious remark about her husband's drinking problem.
6. Thoughtless (a) /ˈθɔːt.ləs/: not considering how your actions or words may upset someone
Example: She's not intentionally unkind - she's just a little thoughtless sometimes.
7. Rash (a) /ræʃ/: careless or unwise, without thought for what might happen or result
Example: I think it was a bit rash of them to get married when they'd only known each other for a few weeks.
