Từ UNUSUAL thường mang trạng thái tiêu cực với nghĩa là khác thường/lập dị/ lạ thường, tuy nhiên trong 1 số văn cảnh sẽ mang nghĩa tích cực (khác với mọi khi chẳng hạn).
Đối với Cue card này thì IELTS Trangbec đánh giá là bạn phải tả 1 người có phong cách ăn mặc 1 là cực kỳ dị thường, khác thường hay dị thường, 2 là bạn sẽ tả theo kiểu nổi bật khác hẳn với những người khác.

3. Unusual attire /əˈtaɪər/ (n): trang phục khác thường
4. Eccentric (a) /ɪkˈsen.trɪk/: or unusual, sometimes in a humorous way: dị thường
Example: eccentric clothes
5. Outlandish (a) /ˌaʊtˈlæn.dɪʃ/: strange and unusual and difficult to accept or like: kỳ lạ
Example: an outlandish hairstyle/outfit
6. Odd (a) /ɒd/: strange or unexpected: dị
Example: The skirt and jacket looked a little odd together.
7. Strange (a) /streɪndʒ/: unusual and unexpected, or difficult to understand: lạ thường
Example: You say the strangest things sometimes.
8. Peculiar (a) /pɪˈkjuː.li.ər/: unusual and strange, sometimes in an unpleasant way: dị thường
Example: She has the most peculiar ideas.
9. Weird (a) /wɪəd/: very strange and unusual, unex
Example: Her boyfriend's a bit weird but she's nice.
10. Out of the ordinary = unusual: dị thường
Example: For the police, the incident was nothing out of the ordinary/did not seem out of the ordinary.
