1. Adolescent (n) /ˌæd.əˈles.ənt/: a young person who is developing into an adult: thanh niên
Example: Adolescents will also endure enormous intellectual growth throughout their teen years
2. Millennial (a) /mɪˈlen.i.əl/: born in the 1980s, 1990s, or early 2000s: giới trẻ
Example: the millennial generation
3. Grown-up (n) /ˈɡrəʊn.ʌp/: an adult, used especially when talking to children
Example: Ask a grown-up to cut the shape out for you.
4. Young adults: a person in their teens or early twenties: thanh niên
Example: I have seen many young adults who think they can buy happiness.
5. Youngster (n) /ˈjʌŋ.stər/: a young person, usually an older child: thanh niên
Example: The scheme is for youngsters between the ages of ten and 16.
6. Teenager (n) /ˈtiːnˌeɪ.dʒər/: a young person between 13 and 19 years old: thiếu niên
Example: The magazine is aimed at teenagers and young adults.
7. The young generation: thế hệ trẻ
Example: The younger generation now is spending so much time inside watching television.
8. Schoolchildren: children attending school: học sinh
Example: A floating classroom to offer nature study to schoolchildren .
9. Juvenile (a) /ˈdʒuː.vən.aɪl/: relating to a young person who is not yet old enough to be considered an adult: vị thành niên
Example: juvenile crime/offenders
