Example: Trauma researchers emphasize the resilience of the human psyche.
3. Ability to Balance Stress: khả năng cân bằng stress
Example: The best aspect of her personality is that she always knows how to balance stress.
4. Self-esteem (n) /ˌself.ɪˈstiːm/: belief and confidence in your own ability and value: lòng tự trọng
Example: The compliments she received after the presentation boosted her self-esteem.
5. Integrity (n) /ɪnˈteɡ·rɪ·t̬i/: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles: sự liêm chính
Example: He was a man of the highest personal integrity.
6. Empathy (n) /ˈem.pə.θi/: the ability to share someone else's feelings or experiences by imagining what it would be like to be in that person's situation: sự thấu cảm

8. Compassionate (a) /kəmˈpæʃ.ən.ət/: showing compassion: lòng trắc ẩn
Example: The public's response to the crisis appeal was generous and compassionate.
9. Wisdom (n) /ˈwɪz.dəm/: the ability to use your knowledge and experience to make good decisions and judgments: trí khôn
Example: I certainly hope to gain a little wisdom as I grow older.
10. A heart of gold = a kind and generous character:
Example: He plays the part of a tough cop on TV who really has a heart of gold.
